SLUNCHEV BRYAG [SUNNY BEACH]is among the most prestigious Bulgarian Black Sea resorts, famous far beyond the country’s frontiers. Scenically located along the coast, it is 6 km north of Nessebur.

The village of SVETI VLAS is a rapidly developing resort settlement, 4 km away from Elenite and 13 km from Nessebur. During the Middle Ages the Monastery of St Vlas had functioned here, connected to Nessebur.
